Join us in congratulating these recent Bay-Lakes Council Eagle Scouts:

Owen Handrich, Troop 1477 of Pulaski, WI, Gathering Waters District

Alex Berzowski, a member of Troop 3, chartered by St. Thomas Episcopal Church out of Menasha, WI, completed his Eagle Board of Review on August 18, 2022.

His Eagle project, in his own words:

“I coordinated the build of three Leopold benches for the Bubolz Nature Preserve in Appleton, Wisconsin. Both adult leaders, Scouts from my Troop, and my family assisted me with this process. This included securing all of the materials, finding plans and assembling and staining the benches. The Nature Preserve was very appreciative and happy to receive these benches as they use them throughout the grounds and also use them for special occasions such as weddings.”

His unit leader is Jeremy Searl.

A Court of Honor is schedules for late September or early October.

Owen Handrich is a member of Troop 1477, chartered by Peace Lutheran Church out of Pulaski, WI.

He completed his Eagle Board of Review on August 9, 2022.

His project, named “Eagle Pass” created a gravel pathway at the National Railroad Museum. It provides a sturdy surface to walk on during ceremonies, weddings, etc.

His unit leader is Jeff Gosse.

A Court of Honor is scheduled for September 25.
